摘要
我国现代农业建设中制度的制约因素很明显,其中土地产权制度、农村公共财政制度、农村金融制度方面的因素影响最大,重新构建和完善新的制度,对于促进我国现代农业建设有着积极的作用。
The supervision factor is very obvious in modem agriculture construction of China, Some of them, such as the system of Land＇ s property right, rural public finacial has great effection. Rebuilding new system has active affection to promote modem agricuhure construction.
