原发性高血压舒张功能不全患者的血浆脑钠肽浓度变化 被引量:3

Changes of brain natriuretic peptide in left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with essential hypertension

摘要 目的应用超声心动图技术评价原发性高血压患者左心室舒张功能,探讨其与脑钠素(BNP)的关系。方法原发性高血压患者100例,依据超声心动图技术测量二尖瓣瓣尖舒张早期最大血流速度(E)、晚期最大血流速度(A),计算比值(E/A)并分为单纯高血压不伴左室肥厚组48例,高血压伴左室肥厚组52例。另有30例健康者为对照组。所有研究对象采用放射免疫法测定B型脑钠肽。结果原发性高血压不伴左室肥厚组患者血浆B型脑钠肽显著高于对照组(P<0.05),高血压伴左室肥厚组血浆B型脑钠肽显著高于对照组(P<0.05),亦显著高于高血压不伴左室肥厚组(P<0.05)。结论B型脑钠肽检测与超声心动图技术评价高血压左室舒张功能有较好的相关性。B型脑钠肽检测有助于临床早期诊断高血压病患者左室舒张功能不全。 Objective To discuss the correlation between brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and left ventricular diastolic function by echocardiography. Methods 52 essential hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (Group Y) and 48 essential hypertension patients without left ventricular hypertrophy (Group N) were involved in the present study, whose serum BNP was measured by radio-immunology analysis and controlled with that of 30 healthy people (Group C). Results BNP in Group Y were higher than that of Group N and Group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion BNP is closely related to echocardiography in the evaluation of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction of patients with essential hypertension.
