基于有限元法的船舶推进轴系校中计算软件开发

摘要 船舶推进轴系校中计算是船舶推进轴系设计、安装、调整等过程中不可缺少的环节,有限元法(FEM:Finite Element Method)是一种在结构工程、船舶工程等方面日益被广泛应用的计算方法。本文从基于有限元法的船舶推进轴系校中计算软件(MSACS:Marine Shafting Alignment Calculation Soft)的流程图设计、软件实现方法入手,介绍了MSACS的开发思路和编程手段;并通过实船算例与COMPASS进行比较和分析,验证了计算结果的有效性。 Marine propulsion shafting alignment calculation is an indispensable part of marine propulsion shafting design, installation and adjustment process. FEM (Finite Element Method) is a calculation method widely used in structural and marine engineering. In this paper, the development idea and programming methods of MSACS (Marine Shafting Alignment Calculation Software) based on FEM are introduced from its flow chart design and software implementation method. Furthermore, it verifies the validity of the calculation results through real ship calculation cases comparing with COMPASS.
