摘要
天津鼓楼商业街A地块工程,采用混凝土灌注桩结合高压旋喷桩,内设组合钢支撑的基坑支护方案。其不仅为地下室施工起到挡土挡水作用,还作为下沉广场的侧墙成为永久结构的一部分。此文对其基坑施工过程中出现的部分问题及处理办法进行了阐述。实践证明,此种支护方案是安全、经济的,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
Bored concrete pile with high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile, braced by compound steel bracing. This project used in the foundation pit o fTianj in Gulou shopping street A plot. It not only has the fimction of retaining wall and waterproof wall ,but also be one side wall of the perpetual structure. The paper also expatiates some questions happened during the construction and how to be solved. This kind of project can be use for reference for it＇s safety and economical.
