This paper depicts lean production philosophy mode as well as it＇s application, efficiency, figure out solutions upon many problems that present in our current modem management by analytic comparison. Lean production is one kind of mode targeting to maximize reducing resource taken by enterprise and decrease enterprise operation cost. It is one of better solutions to tackle unreasonable phenomenon existing in modernized management.
