It is to optimize design proposal and drawing, to create harmonious working atmosphere, to complete coordination work between the construction unit, to strengthen the contract management, to supervise each unit of taking part in building perform their respective strictly, to control project quality and investment, schedule strictly, and to transfer the project to construction unit after final acceptance of construction.
