开级配沥青稳定碎石基层混合料级配设计方法研究 被引量:2

A Study on Gradation Design Method of Open-Graded Asphalt Treated Base Mixtures

摘要 分别采用现行规范推荐方法、SAC断级配设计方法设计了两种开级配沥青稳定碎石混合料,然后采用析漏损失指标设计法对所设计的两种开级配沥青稳定碎石混合料进行了最佳油石比的确定,并对最佳油石比下的沥青稳定碎石混合料进行了排水性能、抗永久变形性能和抗疲劳性能等路用性能的研究。结果表明:与ATPB30相比,SACPB30排水性能稍差,但其水稳定性、抗永久变形性能、抗疲劳性能和低温抗裂性能更优,采用SAC断级配设计方法设计开级配沥青稳定碎石基层混合料更科学、更合理。 The two gradations of open-graded asphalt treated base mixture are designed with the method recommended by Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement, SAC gradation design method separately,and the optimal oil-stone rate of the gradations is determined with mass loss of drain-down index method. Then the road performances of open-graded asphalt treated base mixture are studied,which include water stability,resistance to vertical deformation and fatigue,etc. The results show that compared with ATPB30, SACPB30 has less drainage ability but it's water stability,resistance to vertical deformation and fatigue, low temperature anti-cracking performanc are better. SAC gradation design method is more scientific and more reasonable than the method recommended by the Specifications.
