摘要
多功能电子战系统是一个动态、多变量、开放的复杂大系统,系统影响因素众多,逻辑关系复杂。采用定性和定量相结合的评估方法(即灰关联投影的分析模型和算法及云模型)建立了多功能电子战系统作战效能评估模型,介绍了评估步骤,并用实际算例验证了所提作战效能评估方法的可行性和有效性。
The multifunctional electronic warfare （MFEW） system is a dynamic, multi-variable, open and complicated large system, and there are many factors influencing the system and the logic relations is complicated in the system. This paper adopts the evaluation method combined with the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis（the analysis model and algorithm of grey correlation projection and the cloud model） to establish the operation efficiency evaluation model of MFEW system, and introduces the evaluation steps, and validates the feasibility and the validity of the proposed evaluation method of the operation efficiency through a practical example.
