摘要 分析了宁东—山东直流工程交流系统故障对直流系统的影响和直流系统故障对送、受端交流系统的影响,重点研究了同塔双回线路发生故障后,送端系统的频率控制问题及受端电网的安全稳定性,并有针对性地提出加强交、直流系统间协调控制的措施,以提高系统整体安全稳定运行水平。 The ±660 kV DC power transmission project from East Ningxia to Shandong, to which the layout of double-circuit on same tower is adopted, is the first HVDC demonstration project of this voltage grade in China. In the viewpoint of the impacts of faults in ±660kV power transmission project on AC power systems at its sending and receiving ends and that of faults in these AC systems on ±660kV transmission project itself, the system scheme for this project is checked and analyzed, especially, the frequency control of the AC power system at its sending end and both security and stability of AC power system at the receiving end are emphatically researched while faults in ±660kV power transmission project occur. To improve overall security and operation level of the AC/DC system, some measures to enhance the coordinative control between HVDC project and AC systems are put forward.
