Economic Competition and Evolution of Effective Economic System——With 30 Years of Reform and Open Policy in China as Example

有效经济制度的演进是出于对经济竞争压力做出的反应。特别地,当各种经济资源可以在不同的制度区域内自由地流动时,经济竞争压力对经济制度演进的作用更加强大,因而有助于有效经济制度的快速演进。经济制度的竞争可分为国家间的竞争和国内利益集团之间的竞争两大类,两大类竞争的合力更能促进有效经济制度的演进。中国改革开放三十年有效经济制度的演进历程有效地例证了上述观点。

Evolution of effective economic system is a resuh of economic competition pressure. Specially, when each economic resource may flow freely between the different system regions, economic competition pressure is bigger to the pressure of economic system evolution. Therefore, it is helpful to the effective economic system＇ s fast evolution. Economic system＇ s competition may be divided into two kinds, one kind is competition between nations, another is competition between domestic special interest groups. Joint power of two kinds of competitions is helpful to the evolution of effective economic system. The evolution course of effective economic system about reform and open policy in China for 30 years has illustrated the views above.
