结构突变影响下经济发展的环境耗损协变模型研究——以金融危机为视角

The Study of Co-breaking Model Between Economic Growth and Environmental Loss under the Influence of Structural Break——to Financial Crisis as A View

本文以经济发展对环境质量的耗损为视角,以山东省为例考察经济增长的环境耗损和作用机制。引入Perron检验对数据进行考虑结构突变的单位根检验,建立以VAR模型为基础的协变模型,证明了污染治理措施的长期有效性。金融危机下,文章提出要变危机为契机,并提出了新经济形势下解决经济发展与环境恶化矛盾的对策建议。

This article studied the economic development of environmental quality of consumption. To Shandong province as an example, this article studied the mechanism consumes relationship between economic growth and environmental loss. With Perron inspection and structural break, unit root test of variables were finished and built co - breaking VAR model, proving the pollution control measures be effective in the long - term. Facing the influences of financial crisis, this paper argued to turn crisis to opportunity and put forward suggestions to solve the contradiction between economic development and environment deterioration.
