Existing Problems of Long-term Preservation of Digital Resource and Its Countermeasures

数字资源长期保存主要存在安全性、技术性、公共标准和法律法规等问题,解决对策有对数字信息进行鉴别后分为脱机存贮和近线存贮;存贮媒体可选择将光盘与磁盘阵列结合起来;选择混合保存技术策略;制定相关法律法规和数字信息长期保存的标准规范。

Long-term preservation of digital resource has the following problems ranging from safety,technology,public standard to law rules.There are two countermeasures to the problems： full-time storage and near-line storage based on the digital identification.We can choose to combine CD-ROM and disk as storage media,use mixed storage technology,and make the corresponding law rules as well as the standard norms of long-term preservation of digital resource.
