摘要
预约借书是数字时代高校图书馆个性化服务的新模式。以汇文文献信息服务系统LIBSYS的统计数据为基础,对文献资源的预约服务失效原因进行分析,探讨制约预约服务的一些问题,并提出了建立预约管理的规章制度、完善汇文系统软件、加强预约服务、增加馆藏及数字化等解决建议。
The book reservation service in university library is a new model that library provides an individualized service to readers in digital ages. This paper makes a statistics and analysis to book reservation service based on statistical data of The Huiwen system software. Booking service to the cause of failure analysis to explore the issue of constraints-a-ride services and propose some solutions and suggestions that proposed the establishment of rules and regulations reservation management, and improve Huiwen system software, reservation services, to strengthen and increase the number of such collections and solutions.
