A Study on the Meaning, Integrant Factors and Realization Path of Local Public Information Management

通过对基层公共信息资源概念内涵的比较分析,明确基层公共信息资源管理在管理对象、内容、目标、手段、方法以及作用渠道等方面的特征,指出基层公共信息资源管理应在运行机制、运作渠道、内容服务、流程管理以及用户信息素养教育等方面寻求社会信息环境与用户信息素质间的均衡发展。

By the content comparative study of local public information resources, this paper explains many features of local public information resources management on content, goals, means, methods, and path, then points out that its management should be taken at operating mechanism, channels, content services, process management and information literacy training to seek balance between social information environment and user＇ information literacy.
