农村信息化建设是我国现阶段新农村建设的重要内容之一,是实现我国农村地区跨越式发展的关键因素。探讨低成本信息化的内涵,深入研究信息化建设的成本构成,以及低成本信息化对我国农村信息化建设的重要意义,分析我国推行低成本农村信息化遇到的问题,指出我国在农村信息化建设的一些误区,并根据上述分析结果,结合实际情况,从不同的角度出发,提出相应的解决办法和建议。

The construction of rural informatization is one of the most important factors of the socialist new - village construction in our country, and it＇s also a key factor of implementing the leaping development of the rural area in China. The paper discussed the meaning of low cost informatization, studied the structure of the informatization cost, and the significance of the low cost informatization in rural informatization construction. Also, the paper analyzed the problems that may meet during the promotion of low cost rural informatization, pointed out some typical mistakes in rural informatization construction. According to the analytical results, and combining with the actual situation of China, the relative solution was put forward as suggestions to the government and relative departments.
