浅析河南省科技信息资源共建共享

Thinking of Jointly Building and Common Share of Henan Technology Information

文章在分析河南省科技信息资源建设现状的基础上,提出推进河南省科技信息资源共建共享的有效措施,即自上而下建立起完善的、科学高效的信息资源组织与建设的运行管理机制,进行统筹规划、整体协调和布局,确立一套科学合理的建设方案,使信息资源共建共享工程获得强有力的组织保障,并对共建共享框架体系在组织形式、技术路线、规范管理及有效服务等方面进行了探讨。

Based on analyzing the status, the author proposes some effective measures to promote jointly building and common share of technology information. Firstly, perfect and efficient operating mechanism should be set up from top to bottom which can make overall plans, coordination and layout. Secondly, a reasonable development project should be established to provide powerful organizational guarantee. Also this article approaches different problems , such as organizational forms, technical routes, standardized administration, effective service and so on.
