摘要
生姜的化学成分复杂,含精油、姜辣素和微量矿物元素等,其生理功能丰富。目前利用现代工艺技术提取生姜得到的姜精油与姜油树脂产品,并对其成分进行了分析检测。
Ginger with various physiologic functions contains many complex chemical components such as refined oil, gingerol and mineral microelements, etc. At present, gingerol essential oil and gingeroleorensins can be extracted through modern technical skills and their components are analyzed and checked.
