摘要
文章选取紫玉米花色苷提取时间、提取温度和料液比三个因素进行中心组合设计,利用响应面法对其提取工艺参数进行优化研究。利用Design Expert软件,对紫玉米花色苷提取产量的二次多项数学模型解逆矩阵分析表明:在提取温度为70℃,提取时间4.27 h,料液比1∶28.96的条件下,紫玉米花色苷提取产量最高,最大提取产量预测值为6.037 mg.g-1,与实测值相符。利用优化工艺参数提取紫玉米花色苷时,具有最大的提取产量。
The effects of different temperature, time and ratio rate on the extraction yield of anthoeyanins from purple corn core (Zea rnays L. ) were investigated based on a three--level three- factor Box--Behnken design. The extraction technique parameters were optimized with Response Surface Methodology. Experimental data were analyzed by solving the regression equation with Design Expert software. It was indicated that the optimum extraction parameters were tempera- ture 70 ℃ time 4.27 hours and the solid--solution rate 1: 28.96. Under those conditions, the predicted value of pigments extraction yield from black corn cob was 6.037 mg · g^-1, which was in consistent with the measured value.
