摘要
传统语用学研究从合作原则、新格赖斯理论和礼貌研究到关联理论一直持文化普遍主义思想,而民俗语用学反对脱离文化语境的语用研究,强调特定文化对言语行为的模塑作用,并提出自己的研究目标以及"自然语义元语言"的描述工具和"文化脚本"的研究方法,为语用学研究提供了一个全新的视角。
Traditional pragmatics has been established on the basis of cultural universalism. Ethnopragmatics challenges the ＂cultural blindness＂ and the de-contextualization of the traditional studies, emphasizing that the particular culture models and shapes human speech acts. It thus provides a new perspective on pragmatic study by developing its own research methods characterized by Natural Semantic Metalanguage and the cultural scripts.
