Study on the learning strategy in higher medical education

摘要 目的探讨符合高等医学专业学习特点的学习策略模式,提高高等医学专业教育教学质量。方法使用Weinstein等人编制的学习策略问卷,对徐州医学院301名医学生进行调查,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据统计、比较和分析,并与学习成绩进行相关分析。结果在学习策略的使用上存在性别差异,女生在态度和动机的学习策略应用上强于男生;学习优等生在态度、动机、时间管理、专心、焦虑、选择要点、考试策略方面的学习策略应用水平均显著高于学习良好学生和学习困难学生,且差异具有统计学意义;而学习良好学生仅仅在动机和专心两个学习策略的应用上屁著高于学习困难学生,且差异具有统计学意义。结论医学生的学习策略具有一定的专业特点,男女生及成绩优秀者具有不同的学习策略应用水平,教师应当引导、培养学生采用更加符合医学学习特点的、更加有效的方式去进行医学专业学习,对学习困难学生需要进行学习策略的评估,以便找出问题所在并进行有针对性的指导。 Objective To probe into the model of learning strategy in accordance with higher medical education so as to enhance the quality of medical education. Methods The questionnaire about learning tactics by Weinstein and statistical analysis of SPSS 13.0 were used, the survey results of 301 students from Xuzhou Medical University were analyzed and explained. Results The scores of manner and motive of female medical students were higher than that of male medical students. The excellent students got higher scores in seven subscales as manner, motive, handling time, concentration span, anxiety, selecting high-light and exam tactics than that of fine students and those learning difficulty. Conclusion The learning strategy of undergraduate students major in medicine have some special characteristics. The students of dif- ferent sex and different performance have different learning strategy. Teachers should help students to learn and use learning strategy to study more efficiently and effectively. Educators should learn to evaluate the learning strategy of students who learn difficulty and help them to find the cause and its solution.
