摘要
武汉大学人民医院自2007年参与研究生培养机制改革,2007级研究生开始推行新的奖助体系,并探索建立了奖助金的动态管理模式,此举广泛地调动了广大研究生及导师的积极性,内在的激励作用凸显,起到了让奖助金真正“奖学”、“助学”的作用。
The new aiding system of postgraduates has been practiced in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University since 2007 and the dynamic management mode was explored and established in of postgraduatesol. The enthusiasm of the postgraduates and their supervisors as stimulated by this new management model, and the internal impulsing effect was demonstrated obviously. The new aiding system make scholarships and grants encourage and aid postgraduates actually.
