摘要
本文探讨了在人体解剖学教学中融入医学人文教育的“323”模式,其落实的关键在于教师的认识和医学人文修养的积累。通过常规性地举办敬捐活动,突出医德教育,实施“合作学习”与磨难教育,提高学生医学美学鉴赏和交流沟通能力,构建良好的物化环境等多项举措,融入式医学人文教育实践已经取得了一些成果。
This article discussed that executing integrated medical hmnanism education during the anatomical teaching with "three two three" model. The key part of this model was to enhance the knowledge of the teachers and encourage them to accumulate the medical humanism diathesis. Through holding the respectable donation regularly, paying attention to the education of professional ethics, putting the "cooperating studying" and suffering education into practice, improving the appreciation power to medicine and aesthetics and related communication skills and constructing a very good physical environment, it was believable that we had gotten some initial progress in recent years.
