医学生心理状态调查与相关因素分析

Correlative analysis of psychological health status and personality characteristic of medical students

目的了解某医科大学在校医学生的心理健康状况，分析社会支持及防御方式与其心理健康之间的内在联系，为医学院校开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用SCL-90和EPQ量表对在校139名医学生进行调查；同时，选用社会支持量表与防御问卷的调查结果进行相关分析。结果受访医学生出现各类心理问题的比例为56．11％，以人际敏感、抑郁为主，其心理健康水平低于全国正常人。EPQ结果表明，大部分医学生在精神质因子上表现为中间型，并多为外向型人格．情绪反应多为中间型与缓慢型。回归分析：社会支持量表与防御方式问卷结果中均有与心理健康状态存在相关性的因子，表明两者对心理健康具有重要作用。结论受访医学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题，与社会支持和防御机制有关。

Objective To understand the state of medical students＇ psychological health and to analysis the correlation between RRSR, DSQ and the results of the investigation. Provide evidence for psy-chological health education. Methods 139 medical students were investigated with symptom check list-90 （SCL-90） and eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ）. Meanwhile, to make the results of social support rating scale（SSRS） and defense style questionnaire（DSQ） doing correlative analysis. Results The prevalence rate of various psychological problems ranged from 2.16 to 7.20. Most of them were interpersonal sensitivity, depression. The psychological problems were worse to the norm of nationwide people. The results of EPQ indicates the P of most students were intermediate type, the E were extroverts, the N were intermediate and torpidity type . The regression showed the factors of RRSR and DSQ had associated with SCL-90 and EPQ. They were important influence on students＇ psychological health. Conclusion The psychological health of the students were in some bad conditions, concerning with social support and defense mechanism.
