摘要
本文对以问题为基础学习与创新型医学人才培养进行了探讨。首先,介绍了以问题为基础学习的起源及内涵,揭示其特点和优势。其次,解析医学创新型人才的定义及其与以问题为基础学习的关系,显示以问题为基础学习满足创新型医学人才培养的需要。最后,提出了现阶段以问题为基础学习的不足,并提出具体的改进方法。
In this paper, problem-based learning (PBL) and innovative medical talents training are discussed. Firstly, it introduced the or/gin and content of the PBL pedagogy, and revealed its characteristics and advantages. Secondly, it analyzed the definition of innovative medical talents and its relationship with the PBL pedagogy, which showed that PBL met the needs of the cultivation of innovative medical talents. Finally, it told the current shortcomings of PBL and put forward methods to overcome it.
