临床实习是医学教育的重要阶段。根据儿科学特点与实习要求，认真做好入科指导，注重培养实习医师的临床工作能力，实施全面规范的综合考评，有助于提高儿科学临床实习质量。

Clinical practice is an important stage in medical education. Based on the characteristics existed in pediatrics, a good and serious guidance was conducted before students began their clinical practice in pediatrics, more attention had been paid to the training of students＇ clinical capabilities and comprehensive evaluation was carried out. Thus the clinical practice teaching effects were improved.
