摘要
在介绍了行波型超声波电机结构和基本工作原理的基础上,给出了超声波电机的基本关系式和等效电路。利用等效电路对该电机的机械特性进行了分析计算。针对超声波电机的特点,提出了该类型电机驱动系统的基本要求,据此设计了一套驱动系统。利用该驱动系统对所制作的超声波电机进行了实验,获得了令人满意的效果,从而验证了方案的有效性。
The construction and principle of travelling wave type ultrasonic motor (USM) is presented in this paper, its basic equations and equivalent circuit are given. Based on the equivalent circuit, characteristic of speed versus torque for USM is then calculated. According to the feature of USM, fundamental requirement for electrical driver of this type USM is shown, also a set of driving system for USM is made. Experimental results show good effectiveness of this method.
