Research on Flexibility of Materials Projection Chain in Wartime

在复杂的战场环境下，物资投送保障链必须具有适度柔性才能适应瞬息万变的战时需求。以物资投送保障链柔性为研究目标，分析了物资投送前、投送中、投送后各阶段柔性评价目标，在此基础上构建了柔性评估体系，最后提出基于平衡记分卡的柔性衡量方法。

In complex battlefield environment, materials projection chain with appropriate flexibility should meet the variable wartime demands. Taking flexibility of materials projection chain as research object, analyzes flexibility evaluation object of the pre-projection, mid- projection and post- projection, builds the flexibility evaluation system, the measurement method based on balanced scorecard is proposed.
