本文从探索农村地区支付结算体系建设存在的主要困难入手,结合农业银行历年来在支农、惠农方面积累的实践经验,提出优化网点布局、创新结算方式、加大宣传力度和创新结算方式等进一步完善农村支付体系的建议,为我国农村支付服务环境建设工作的开展提供了思路。

By deeply exploring the difficulty in countryside area payment settlement system construction and combining the expirences in agriculture supporting, this article proposed a series of recommendation to refine countryside payment system. These recommendations, which includes optimizing the mesh point layout, innovating settling method and increasing the propaganda dynamics, has provided precious mentality for the launch of our countryside payment environment construction.
