重组人表皮因子治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on rhEGE in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子（recombinant human epidermal growth factor（rhEGF））凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照试验，将80例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组。试验组（40例）用rhEGF凝胶和醋酸洗必泰栓治疗：宫颈局部用药，每日1次，rhEGF每次3-5g；对照组（40例）只用醋酸洗必泰栓治疗，每日1次，每次1粒。两组均以用药10-14次为1个疗程。以糜烂面愈合及症状改善程度为观察指标进行动态观察。结果试验组宫颈糜烂的治愈率／有效率高于对照组-阴道洁净度较对照组有明显改善，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论rhEGF凝胶对宫颈糜烂有治疗作用，应用较为安全。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of rhEGE gel in treating cervical erosion. Methods 80 cases with cervical erosion were randomly divided into 2 groups： expefment group and control group,40 in each; local application of 3 to 5g of rhEGE gel once to the cervix and chlorhexidine acetate suppository were given to patients in experiment group once a day; chlorhexidine acetate suppository, 1 pill once and once a day,was given to patients in control group; the course of both groups lasted from 10 to 14 days ; the healing of erosion surface and symptom improvement were dynamically observed. Result The cure rate of cervical erosion and the effective rate in experiment group were higher than those in control group; the cleanness of vagina of the patients in experiment group was more improved than that of the patients in control group; the comparison between the 2 groups was of obvious difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusions rhEGE gel is effective and safe in the treatment of cervical erosion.
