摘要 目的研究脑梗塞患者微循环和血流变学的变化,探讨毫米波对脑梗塞患者微循环和血流变的影响。方法用微循环显微镜及血流变学检测仪,分别检测68例脑梗塞病人接受毫米波治疗仪照射前后的甲襞微循环和血液流变学指标。结果脑梗塞患者存在微循环和血流变的显著障碍,经毫米波照射后均有明显恢复。结论毫米波具有改善脑梗塞病人微循环和血液流变学的作用。 Objective To study the mierocirculation and blood stream changes of the patients with cerebral infarction and to discuss the affection of millimeter wave on them. Methods The nail fold mieroeireulation and hemorheologieal index of 68 patients with cerebral infarction before and after irradiation by millimeter wave were detected with microcirculation microscope and hemo- rheology detector. Result There existed obvious obstacles in the microcireulation and blood stream of the patients with cerebral infarction; after the millimeter wave irradiation,the obstacles were greatly improved. Conclusions Millimeter wave is effective in improving the microcirculation and blood stream of the patients with cerebral infarction.
