目的观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇应用于人工流产钳刮术的临床疗效,提高人工流产术的安全性。方法人流术前应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,与直接行人流术进行对比研究。结果实验组宫口松弛,钳刮术前无须扩宫颈,胚胎组织大多已排在宫颈内口,手术无困难,子宫收缩好,无人工流产综合征发生。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇应用于大孕周人工流产钳刮术既安全、有效、方便,又能预防术后出血,

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with mifepristone in curettage surgery of artificial abortion so as to raise the safety of artificial abortion. Methods A contrast study was made between the artificial abortion after the administration of mifepristone combined with misoprostol and the direct artificial abortion. Results After the administration of mifepristone and misoprostol, the patients showed cervix relaxation, and there was no need to make cervix dilation as most embryonic tissues had been exhausted to the cervical internal os ; the smooth abortion led to effective uterine contraction and no ar- tificial abortion syndrome occurred. Conclusions It is safe and effective to apply mifepristone combined with misoprostol before artificial abortion of late pregnancy, it can prevent postoperative bleeding as well.
