Training Good Quality in Chinese Class according to the Three Bases

在中学阶段加强培养学生的语文素质，是语文教师教好语文课的重要职责。应按照以三个“基本”为主线的科学发展的教学路子，明确培养语文素质的教学重点，进行系统的语言教学，特别要加强语言实际运用能力的训练；应突破课堂教学的局限性，以课堂教学为主，课外语文活动和校外语文实践为辅，开拓语文课广阔的教学天地；应坚持语文课必须“从语言文字出发，最后回归到语言文字的具体运用”这个特有的教学原则，并采用活泼多样、行之有效的教学方式方法，以提高教学效率，保证语言教学基本任务和语文素质培养的切实完成。

It is the Chinese teachers＇ important responsibility to train students＇ Chinese quality in secondary schools. It is required that teachers should make clear the main points of Chinese quality teaching and teach language in a systematic way with focus on the practical use of language according to the scientific development of the ＂three bases＂. At the same time, Chinese teachers should break through the limit of classroom teaching and enlarge the teaching space of Chinese class relying mainly on the classroom teaching while making subsidiary for after class Chinese activity and after school Chinese practice. Chinese teachers should keep in mind the teaching principle that Chinese teaching should start from the language and return to the use of the language to improve teaching efficiency and make sure the accomplishment of basic language teaching tasks and Chinese quality training through vigorous, varied and effective teaching methods.
