摘要
针对输电线路的特征,结合《中华人民共和国物权法》的精神与相关法律规定,对电网企业输变电线路物权的界定进行了相关的研究,得出了输电线路具有动产的属性。
In the light of the characteristics of transmission line, combined with the Property Law of PeopLe＇ s Republic of China and corresponding law regulation, this paper studies the evaluation of properly right of the transmission line in power grid enterprise, and also points out that the transmission line is of chattel attribute.
