Analysis and Discussion of Fund Operation for Power Grid Enterprises

针对电网企业的特点,从企业经营活动现金流量预算,企业投资活动现金流量预算,企业筹资活动现金流量预算三个方面论述了企业资金管理的重要性。提出要实现电网企业资金的集约化管理,必须做到统一帐户管理,统一资金调度,统一资金信贷管理,统一资金过程控制;并在利用负债进行资金筹集时,必须遵循筹资费和资金占用费低于相应资金投放使用所带来收益的原则。

In view of the characteristics of power grid enterprise, this paper expounds the necessity of enterprise capital management from three aspects of the cash flow budget for enterprises＇ management activities, investment activities and financial activities. For implementing intensive management of the fund of power grid enterprise, this paper proposes that account management, fund procurement, fund credit management and fund process control must be planned as a whole, and the fund must be raised by debt according to the related principle, in which financing cost and fund appropriation cost should be lower than the income brought by the corresponding investment.
