摘要
供电企业提高竞争力的有效途径是良好的供电服务质量管理。从将电力顾客需求有效转化为供电企业服务设施/技术要求的思路出发,运用质量机能展开方法对供电企业服务质量管理进行研究,设计了供电企业服务质量QFD模型,并运用K-means算法进行聚类分析,给出供电企业服务管理方法。
The effective way for power supply enterprises to improve their competence is good management in power supply service. This paper converts the power customer's needs into power supply enterprise service establishments and technologies demand, studies the power supply enterprise' service quality applying quality function development(QFD) method, designs the power supply enterprise's QFD model. Finally, this paper makes clustering analysis by K-means method and suggests the power supply enterprise's service management method.
