基于虚拟仪器的转向架调簧试验系统

Research on spriing adjustment test rig of locomotive bogie based on virtual instrument technology

摘要 在分析国内外转向架调簧试验台发展现状的基础上,结合我国机车转向架的特点,对转向架调簧试验台进行了设计研究。整个试验台由机械装置、液压系统和检测系统组成。确定了基于PCI总线的检测系统基本结构;采用LABVIEW与C++混合编程的方法,开发了测试系统软件,能实现转向架加载过程的实时监控、测试数据的采集、加垫量的计算,同时结合Access数据库技术实现对检测结果的存储和管理。 Based on the analysis of the test rig of locomotive bogie at home and abroad,combining with the characteristics of locomotive bogie in China,spring adjustment test rig is studied and designed. The test rig consists of mechanical structure,hydraulic equipment and measurement system. The PCI bus-based measurement system is constructed. The measurement software,which is developed with LABVIEW and C++ languages,can realize real-time monitoring bogie's loading process,acquiring data from sensors and computing the numbers of gasket. With Access database technology,the detected result can be saved and managed well.
