摘要
以建立柴油机动力学虚拟样机为途径,使用内燃机动力学模拟软件GT-CRANK对机车用16V240ZJ型柴油机曲轴系统进行动力学建模。对比不同机油温度对柴油机主轴颈轴承润滑性能的影响,进而确定相对较理想的机油温度,为机车柴油机的改进设计提供参考。
Based on the dynamics virtual prototype and using dynamics simulation software GT-CRANK for diesel engine,the kinetic model has been built for 16V240ZJ diesel engine crank system. The influence of oil temperature on diesel engine main bearing was investigated and the optimum temperature has been determined.
