摘要
在充分考虑机车一系弹簧的受力及结构特点的基础上,建立了比较符合实际的三维有限元计算模型,并对弹簧进行了静态有限元分析及静强度校核、疲劳寿命估算。分析结果表明,弹簧满足设计要求。
Taking into account the structure of locomotive primary spring and based on the force analysis,3D FE model has been built. Static FEA,static strength verification and fatigue life estimation of the primary spring were performed. Analysis results show that the spring can meet the design requirement.
