通过介绍无端隙活塞环的结构、密封原理、特点及试用情况,说明了该活塞环不仅是NPT-5型空气压缩机原活塞环的替代产品,而且能更有效地提高其密封性、工作效率,防止制动系统的空气污染。

The structure,sealing principle and characteristics of the piston ring without end gap were described. Test results shows that,as a substitute of NPT-5 air compressor piston ring,the piston without end gap has the superiority in many aspects such as leak-proof quality,effect and emition performance.
