摘要 本文建立了采用蒸气发生-原子荧光法依次快速测定饲料中汞和砷的方法。结果表明,方法的检出限汞和砷分别为0.05μg/L和0.2μg/L,试样汞和砷测定的精密度(RSD)分别为1.6%和0.9%,加标回收率分别为93.6%~105.0%和93.8%~98.0%,标准物质测定结果与标准值吻合程度较好。该方法快速、简便,具有较高的灵敏度、精密度和准确度,较低的检出限,能够满足饲料中汞和砷的分析要求。 A method followed by rapid determination of mercury and arsenic in feeds with vapor generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometer was established.The results showed:the detection limit of mercury and arsenic were 0.05 μg/L and 0.2 μg/L,determination of sample precision (RSD)were 1.6 % and 0.9 %,recovery were 93.6 % - 105.0 % and 93.8 % - 98.0 %.Determination of the results of standard reference materials and the standard values were very close.The method is fast, simple and has higher sensitivity, precision and accuracy, lower limit of detection, which can meet the analysis of mercury and arsenic in feeds.
