高等教育评价的发展有其自身的规律和特点。大众化和民主化必然带来高等教育评价体系的结构多元化和价值冲突。在评价过程中,不同的高等教育价值观必然形成各种不同的价值判断,维护不同的利益。目前来说,我国高等教育正经历从精英走向大众的关键过程,这给我国高等教育评价体系带来调整和重构的重要机遇。应该充分调动和发挥政府、市场和高校自身的力量,建立良好的高等教育评价范式,努力实现价值协调。

The development of higher educational evaluation has its own law and characteristics. Popularization and democratization are bound to bring structure diversification and value conflict to higher education evaluation system. During the progress of evaluation, different higher education values are bound to form different value judgments and protect different interests. At present, higher education in China is experiencing the critical period from the elite higher education to a mass one, which brings a significant opportunity to the adjustment and reconstruction of higher educational evaluation system. It is a necessity for us to bring government, market and university into full play so as to establish favourable higher educational evaluation paradigm and realize value coordination.
