摘要
为解决并行存储器的数据易于被修改的问题,采用了基于I2C总线技术的串行E2PROM芯片作为系统数据的存储器。以M24256A芯片为例,介绍了其编程原理及读/写编程时序的要点。设计了在以80C196KC为CPU的单片机系统应用接口电路,并对其加以分析说明,同时给出了关键环节的汇编程序。
In order to solve the problem of modifying data in parallel memory easily, the E^2PROM based on I^2C bus is used as memory. The M24256A as example, which is a kind of E^2PROM. The programming principle and program timing main points of reading and writing of M24256A, are introduced in this paper.The interface curcuit of the M24256A is designed in MCS system based on 80C196KC. Finally, the key link assembler program is presented after Analyzing in detail.
