This paper makes the detailed statement and analysis on the precipitation status and flood characteristics of 20070801 flood in Mopanshan Reservoir,and puts forward the first flood dispatching schemes of 2007 flood season combining with the data of《Flood and Usable Regulation System of Mopanshan Reservoir》.
