漳河水库灌区水资源安全评价指标体系研究

Study on Water Resource Safety Evaluation Factors System of the Irrigation Area in Zhanghe Water Conservation

依据漳河水库灌区的实际情况,从水安全的内涵出发,建立了基于水安全的评价指标体系和水安全评价分析方法。得出:灌区内水资源总体评价阈值处于比较安全的态势,在7个准则层中,除供需矛盾评价阈值处于临界状况之外,其余的评价阈值都处于安全和良好的状况。与实际情况基本吻合。

With Zhanghe Water Conservation irrigation area,the evaluation factors system and water safety evaluation method based on the intension of water safety.The collective evaluation of water in this area is safe,in the 7 rule layers,all the evaluations threshold value under the safe condition beside the offer and require are concluded.
