摘要
混凝土工程用保温泡沫塑料一般不用在暴露的部位,因而不要求较高的耐候性,但是泡沫材料在施工和存放过程中也经受日晒,在使用中需经历冻融循环、干湿循环,而且研究不同泡沫材料本身的耐久性对于从高分子特性水平上认识泡沫塑料,对于水利工程中设计使用泡沫板具有重要意义。研究了高性能改性聚乙烯泡沫塑料和常用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的耐久性,结果表明,高性能聚乙烯泡沫具有优异的耐久性,作为严格条件下的混凝土填缝板使用是完全能够满足要求的。
Insulating foam in concrete projects isn't in general used in exposed positions, which does not require higher weather resistance, but the foam withstands the sun in the construction and storage process, which will be experienced freeze-thaw cycles, wet and dry cycle in the course of using, and researching dif- ferent foam durability of their own has great significance for understanding the foam at the level of polymer characteristics and for the design of foam in water conservancy projects. In this paper,the modified highperformance polyethylene foam and the durability of common polystyrene foam are researched. The results show that high-performance polyethylene foam has excellent durability; it is fully able to meet the requirements to be used as the concrete filling joint plate under strict conditions.
