摘要
作为大电机系统中的关键部件,转子的振动特性直接关系到电机工作性能的优劣。为获得转子的振动特性,从转子动力学基本理论出发,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究了转子系统的固有频率和振型,对转子结构进行了模态分析,计算出了转子前20阶模态的固有频率,并得到了转子的临界转速,找出了影响转子动力学特性的主要因素,为设计转子的理想工作转速和提高转子的振动特性提供依据。
The rotor system is an important device in the large motor and its vibration characteristic directly affect the performance of the motor. To obtain the vibration characteristics of the rotor, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to get the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the rotor based on the dynamic theory. The first twenty natural frequencies and critical speeds were calculated by modal analysis; also, the main factors which affect the vibration characteristics of the rotor were found out. The conclusions can give basis for the design of the rotor's desirable working speeds and enhance the rotor's vibration characteristics.
