On October 14 of 2009,Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Business Forum,an important event under the framework of the eighth SCO prime ministers' meeting,was successfully held in Beijing,aiming to promote closer cooperation among members of a regional security group to commonly fight the global economic downturn.
