摘要
借鉴国内一些大学图书馆实行学科馆员制度所获得的成功经验,结合北京师范大学珠海分校图书馆几年来的实践探索,探讨了独立学院实施学科馆员制度的路径选择和工作思路。
This paper uses the successful experiences of some universities in Hong Kong and China's Mainland in implementing subject librarian system as a source of reference,and connecting some years practical explorations of Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus library,this paper probes into the route choice and work idea for implementing the subject librarian system in independent college.
