摘要
分析了造成高校科研成果转化率低的原因,阐述了高校图书馆在情报信息交流上的优势。以漳州师范学院图书馆为例,介绍了科研成果推广网站的功能和所提供的服务。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the low transformation rate of scientific research achievements in university,expounds the superiorities of university library in information communication,and taking Zhangzhou Normal University s library as an example,introduces the functions and services of the website for popularizing the scientific research achievements.
