摘要
从管理学的角度,阐述了高校图书馆管理理念的内涵,分析了高校图书馆管理现状,并结合实际提出了促进高校图书馆和谐发展的对策。
From the angle of the management science,this paper expounds the connotations of university library s management concept,analyzes the present situation of the management of university library,and connecting with the practice,puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the harmonious development of university library.
